TRUST THE PROCESS
A lot of us have moving parts of life since then and I hope you are embracing it.
I get it.
Sometimes it is freaking hard because we need to process a lot of thoughts and emotional and then thoughts and emotion again.
"Trust The Process" - I heard in my walk.

Walking in the Nature and feeling into the flowers, trees and plants and feeling into how much they trust the process.
We can learn a lot from nature.
The conversational nature of reality is this process I think we’re all a part of…
Inside you is this far off horizon having conversations with the space or horizon within. When you have the great discipline to do so, that’s when you can really embark on pressing into your present moment. And when we’re able to dive in deeply into the present, that is where we can hear our own inner guidance system.
Part of the great work of a creative/ creator as we are, is this conversational balance between speaking and listening.
As I love to create Light Codes or Scripting, this is taking part in the conversation with my energy field, my Multidimensional Self and my canvas and then in other moments, close my eyes, breath + listen + feel through my body as part of Receivership.
Pay tremendous attention to your life and you will be able to pay attention to your art…
…its strengths and weaknesses and this feeling of immense gratitude for this gorgeous life and that overwhelming feeling we receive when we partake in life’s beauty—watching a stunning Living Garden, truly playing like a child, or creating from a place flowing out of you.

True presence in your life so you can notice your own ability to create every experience you are having, every response because you are so deeply in tune and listening to the conversations within and all around you.
