Overthinking.

Overthinking is our mind trying to manage and control overwhelm.

It’s a coping mechanism that has been successful in the past, using our clever head to prepare for a worst case scenario.

 But when the thinking mind prevents us sleeping, keeps our body in stress and survival, using up precious energy reserves - then it’s time for change.

 

Abandonment

When you've grown up with physical or emotional abandonment, your nervous system learns that that feeling you get is 'normal.' And as a result, you continue to create that feeling for yourself.

Gratitude

The most powerful attitude and outlook on life is gratitude.

In the state of gratitude, there can be no suffering.

There is no lack nor fear.

There are no limitations nor enemies.
