HOW TO NAVITAGTING SEASONAL SHIFTS

We're in the beginning of winter (Sydney Winter) and can I just say, I am LOVING these vibes!

I am much looking forward to my first White Christmas in December with so much magic in the air!

Who says winter has to be bleak? Dive into activities that spark joy, even if you're not a fan of the season. Ever thought about trying your hand at skiing or skating? I promise my love one to try to skate again with he holding me 🤭 otherwise I would be holding the pole.

Or maybe join a book club. It's amazing what a new hobby can do for your spirits! Plus, you'll see the snow as a reason to get excited for your hobby, instead of a reason to stay stuck indoors (unless you're in book club, of course!)

🌸Focus on Self-Care🌸 [SELF -CARE]

Self-care doesn't need to be a major production. One of the easiest ways to incorporate this into your day is before bed (bonus: helps your sleep, too!). Light some candles, do your facial routine (my favourite self - care as lately I am using a new products for the 3 months or so I will introduce and write a post about the products * energetic of it, and maybe have some of your favourite soothing songs playing OR do this while doing a guided meditation. It's soothing, it's calming, and it makes such a simple part of the day feel absolutely delectable.

💋Romanticising Your Life 💋[ SIGNIFICANT OTHER]

Falling in love again can be very scary. I got it. But for me, without opening my heart to receive love is even more scary!

Having a new relationship, we cherish each moment and we are so presence with each other and romanticising our love life which we love it so much.

🌟Declutter and Cleanse Your Space🌟[HOME]

A tidy space equals a tidy mind. Take some time to declutter and clean your environment. A fresh, organised space can make you feel more in control and ready to tackle whatever the season throws your way. Having a tidy environment is more soothing than you might think! Trust me, I threw out heaps of old stuff and literally from the beginning of the street to the end of it!! 🤣 and receive so much blessings from people and feeling so much abundance! Simple incrrrible feeling!!

☀️Get Outside in the sunshine☀️ [FUN & ADVENTURE]

When the sun peeks through the clouds, seize the opportunity to get outdoors. A brisk walk, some gardening (get those garden beds ready for the spring), or just soaking up the sunlight on your porch can do wonders for your mood.

Fuel your body with goodness. Embrace nourishing and balanced meals that support your physical AND mental health. The fall and winter are the perfect times to host gatherings and dinners, so pop on a cute apron, and feel feminine in the kitchen.
